How to Enroll Your Child at Bishop Reicher

Thank you for your interest in Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School.

We are now accepting applications for the 2022-23 school year. We encourage parents to enroll their children as soon as possible as some of our classes fill up quickly.

We look forward to meeting you and assisting you through the application and enrollment process.
 

STEP 1 - COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Applying is easy using our online application form. To begin the application process, choose an application:

• PreK-3-8th Grade Online Application
• 9th-12th Grade Online Application

Click here if you need to return to an application to complete and submit it.

In addition to applying, you must include with your online application or bring the school the following documents:

1. Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
2. Report cards, if transferring from another school
3. Standardized test scores, if transferring from another school
4. I-20, if applicable - international students
5. Copy of IEP or 504 plan, if applicable

Remember that entering students must meet the grade age requirements listed below by September 1. In addition, an official birth certificate must verify age. 
 

• Pre-kindergarten 3 students must be 3 years old and thoroughly potty trained.
• Pre-kindergarten 4 students must be 4 years old and thoroughly potty trained.
• Kindergarten students must be 5 years old.
• First-grade students must be 6 years old.

STEP 2 - APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE

STEP 3 - SUBMIT THE ENROLLMENT PACKET

Once the student gains admission to Bishop Reicher and their seat has been reserved, the parents will be sent information for completing the students' enrollment packet.   The following documents will need to be submitted with the enrollment packet:
 

1. Student's Current Immunization Record - Click here to read our Immunization Policy.
2. Baptismal Certificate, if baptized Catholic and not a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
3. First Communion Certificate, if baptized Catholic and not a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
4. Confirmation Certificate, if baptized Catholic and not a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
5. Legal documents relating to custody agreements or other custody matters, if applicable.
