Update Family Information
Parents/guardians must make sure the school has the most up-to-date email address, mailing address, phone number, emergency contact information, pick-up information for lower school students, etc. Parents/guardians may update their information using the FACTS Family Portal. Simply follow the steps below:
- Log in to the FACTS Family Portal.
- Select Web Forms under the School tab in the menu on the left.
- Then click Web Forms.
- Toward the top middle of the window, click on Family Demographic Form.
- Update emails, addresses, and phone numbers for Custodial Parents and Emergency Contacts. You may also update pick-up permissions.
