Last Saturday, Triton Moore and Marcus Jackson gave impressive performances at the TAPPS State Track Meet. Triton secured the 7th position in the shot put, while Marcus earned the 8th position in the 200m. Congratulations to both of them for their remarkable achievements!

The Cougar Tech FLL Team competed in the FIRST LEGO League Regional Competition on March 4 and advanced to the State Robotics Tournament next weekend. The team also won the 3rd place Core Value Award.

Kenzie Zander, junior, placed 2nd in Literary Criticism at the Midway UIL Tournament. To prepare for the tournament, Kenzie had to research, read, and write about works of literary criticism that included Frankenstein, the play Our Town, and Shakespeare’s sonnets.

Kathryn Hunt Hare (Class of 2008) was recently honored as Waco Cardiology Associates' "Employee of the Year." Kathryn is an RN and BSN at Waco Cardiology and is the nurse for Dr. Clay Barbin (Class of 2005).
