New Student Registration Fee - $350.00 per child.
FACTS Payment Plan Enrollment Fee - All families are required to establish a FACTS tuition account. Setting up a FACTS tuition payment plan incurs a one-time enrollment fee from FACTS that will be added to your FACTS account when you set up your payment plan:FACTS One-Time enrollment Fee Full or Semi-Annual Payment Plans - $25.00
FACTS One-Time Enrollment Fee for payment plans with more than three (3) Installments - $55.00

Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) Program
Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School will participate in the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program beginning with the 2026–27 school year. We recognize that parents are the primary educators of their children, and the TEFA program empowers families with greater freedom and support in fulfilling that role.Through TEFA, Catholic education may now be within reach for more families. Eligible students may qualify for up to $10,000 per year to help cover approved educational expenses, including tuition, materials, and services.
We encourage all families to apply, especially those also applying for tuition assistance, to help ensure the greatest level of support for our school community.
The TEFA application portal opens February 4 and will remain open through March 17. Please check back soon for the application link. We’re here to help if you have questions.

Bishop Reicher's Tuition Assistance Program

Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School is committed to making a Catholic education accessible to all families. We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to receiving a faith-filled, high-quality education. To support this mission, we offer need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families, with eligibility starting in kindergarten.
To support this mission, Bishop Louis Reicher partners with FACTS Tuition Management to streamline the process of making quality education affordable. FACTS allows us to gather financial information and offer awards based on demonstrated need. To apply, families must complete a simple online application, which includes a $35 non-refundable fee. Once submitted, all required supporting documents must be uploaded to finalize the process. Applicants can track the status of their submissions by logging into their FACTS account at any time.

Beacon of Hope Scholarship

Through the generosity of donors to the Encountering Christ Campaign, an endowment fund was established within the Catholic Foundation – Diocese of Austin. This fund provides partial tuition assistance scholarships to Catholic school families. Each year, based on available funding, awards are granted to help offset K-12 tuition expenses for families who demonstrate financial need and have children attending Catholic schools within the Diocese of Austin. This program is overseen by the Office of Catholic Schools, ensuring the equitable distribution of funds to support families committed to Catholic education.
Eligibility Process:
- Student must be enrolled or re-enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Complete an online application through FACTS Grant & Aid by March 1, 2026.
- In order for the application to be considered, all documents requested by FACTS must be submitted by the deadline.
- Select “Beacon of Hope - Diocesan Scholarship Program” under organizations when filling out FACTS.
- Please know that an application fee may apply. BOH does not offer waivers for application fees.
- Be current with all financial obligations due to any Catholic school within the diocese.

ACE Scholarship

New students enrolling in a Bishop Louis Reicher Catholic School may qualify for an ACE scholarship. Eligibility for the ACE scholarship is determined by family income based on current poverty guidelines that are updated each year. To apply for an ACE scholarship, families must select this option when completing their FACTS application. This opportunity helps make Catholic education more accessible to families who meet the income criteria.

Parish Tuition Assistance

Families who are active parishioners of St. Louis Catholic Church are eligible for tuition assistance from the parish. Eligibility is determined based on the family's active participation in liturgical life, ministries, and financial support of the parish. These criteria are reviewed annually by the pastor, who retains sole discretion. Once a family qualifies, the school is notified, and the tuition assistance is credited to their account in FACTS regardless of income. The assistance is applied to the full tuition rate before any discounts.
For families active in another parish, tuition assistance—typically not less than $300—will be posted to their FACTS account once funds from the awarding parish have been received by Bishop Reicher. The Parish Tuition Assistance Commitment form must be signed by their parish priest and returned to the school.

Tuition Adjustments

Bishop Reicher offers tuition adjustments to eligible families. In addition to parish assistance, families will receive the single adjustment that provides the greatest benefit, which may include a sibling, active military/first responder, family cap, or faculty adjustment.
